Judgement Day
This album is pretty good. It’s deeply steeped in the roots of Thin Lizzy and Gary Moore’s Celtic influenced rock. There are a lot of harmonized guitar leads and Celtic melodies built in to these songs. The drummer is really good and utilizes a lot of intricate cymbal work and the singing is all pretty good. For some reason they use two different singers on this album. One is really good but the other one gets the job done too. Overall, the songs are pretty good. The production is okay, but in many places the guitar tone is too fuzzy for my taste and the mix is not as clean as this type of music usually gets. The music is solid though and I recommend giving them a chance. --
