Iron Savior

Condition Red

Now while the music is definitely in the power metal realm, with a very strong Judas Priest influence, the singer’s voice is what makes them very different. Not the high pitched pretty European singer that’s normally associated with this style, but more of a rough Dave Meniketti or even a little like Ron Keel or John Bush. It’s a different combination, but it works well and the back-up vocals really pull it together. This is a tremendous cd all the way through and in terms of straight up heavy metal, it’s probably the best example I’ve heard this year. --Scott
