Our Cross - Our Sins
Rondinelli is the project of the Rondinelli brothers, or more specifically the famous drummer, Bobby Rondinelli and his brother Teddy on guitar. Having recruited Neil Murray for bass duties, they just needed to find a soulful singer that would fit their style. It wasn’t much of a stretch to choose Martin who had similar influences and roots. The songs on this cd are pretty solid straight through. Not too fast, not too slow, just a lot of mid-tempo rock based on a heavy groove and the bluesy delivery of Martin’s voice. Nothing too flashy, but there’s not one bad song on the disc either. The performances are the high caliber level you would expect from such a seasoned group of veterans. If you like Black Sabbath or Dio I would highly recommend this cd. --
