Dirty Rotten Filthy Stinking Rich
I was not a Warrant Fan when this album came out. I didn’t like the Down Boys, and I didn’t care where they went. That was the first song I heard by them and I wrote them off for several years. When I heard their third album Dog Eat Dog, years later, I started to change my tune. Maybe I had missed something. Maybe I had judged them too quickly. I gave them another chance and I became a convert. I still think this is the weakest of their first three cds, but even at that, it’s still a solid glam metal release with two good ballads and a lot of catchy songs and good riffs. Still, I think people that judge Warrant based on this album are really missing out on a pretty good band. --
