A Tribute to Rod Stewart
A tribute to Rod Stewart, comprised of almost an entirely heavy metal ensemble. (I don't understand it either) In spite of this strange combination, or maybe because of it, this cd is a lot of fun. With members of a couple dozen different metal bands on the credits, you're sure to find a couple people performing on this that peak your interest. Unfortunately, despite the performers, no one really takes the initiative to put a metal spin on any of these songs, so they all just seem to come off as luke warm covers. But, it is an interesting cd to have anyway. --
